Aged care

We understand that growing older faces us with a number of choices. Where we live and how we live are two of the main questions that we ask ourselves. Many different factors can contribute to the decisions that we make in regards to our choices but our health plays a major part in our final verdict. For many people, living at home in the comfort of familiar surroundings is most important. This is where Hills Nursing comes in. Our Registered Nurses will come out and assess any requirements that may make your everyday tasks easier whilst at home, maintaining your independence and your ability to continue with your lifestyle choices.

Assistance for people with a disability

For most people with a disability, support and assistance comes mainly from family and friends. Hills Nursing recognises that over time circumstances may change and additional assistance may be required. We aim to provide strong supportive care and assistance to those who are in need for extra help in completing their day to day tasks.

Respite care

Respite is defined as a short period of rest or relief. Respite care temporarily relieves the care giver from the responsibilities of caring. Our dedicated staff will provide companionship and care whilst the care giver can take some quality time for themselves or undertake errands outside the home, all the while being comfortable in the knowledge that their loved one is in good hands during their absence. Respite Care is usually planned in advance but if it is urgent Hills Nursing has the ability to support such situations if they arise.
